What does a cross-border car transfer actually feel like? We documented a real trip from Shenzhen to Hong Kong — from the moment the booking was placed to the moment the passenger walked into their hotel.
Step 1: Booking on the Mini Program
The day before departure. Open the "CloudStar Travel" WeChat Mini Program. Enter: pickup location, destination, date and time, number of passengers. The system calculates the price instantly. Confirm and pay. Done.
Within minutes, a service group chat is created on WeChat. The customer support team and dispatch coordinator join immediately. No need to call anyone — everything is visible in one place. Before departure, the driver's name, vehicle plate number, and contact info are pushed to the group automatically.
Step 2: Driver Arrives
The next morning. The driver arrives 10-15 minutes early at the pickup point. Toyota Alphard, navy blue exterior. The driver gets out, helps load luggage. Inside, the air conditioning is already set to a comfortable temperature.
