Acceptance of Terms
By accessing cloudstaros.com or booking a ride with CloudStar Travel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our Services
CloudStar Travel provides private cross-border car transfers between cities in Guangdong (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Huizhou, Foshan) and Hong Kong / Macau, using Toyota Alphard / Vellfire vehicles (7 or 8 seats).
This website provides information, quotations, and a booking channel. The final terms of each trip are confirmed in your order on the CloudStar Travel WeChat Mini Program.
Booking and Schedule Changes
We recommend booking at least one day in advance. Same-day requests are subject to availability.
You may change your pickup address or departure time free of charge once, if you notify us at least 3 hours before departure.
Cancellation Policy
More than 5 hours before departure: full refund, free of charge.
3 to 5 hours before departure: 50% of the fare is charged.
Within 3 hours of departure: no changes or free cancellation.
After the scheduled departure time: the full fare is charged.
Airport Pickups
A flight number is required for all airport pickup orders.
Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual landing time. Beyond that, a waiting fee of CNY 200 per hour applies (any started hour is counted as a full hour).
Waiting Time and Extra Stops
Free waiting: 30 minutes at the pickup point and 30 minutes at border checkpoints. Beyond free waiting, CNY 200 per hour applies (any started hour counted as a full hour).
Our standard service is point-to-point. Extra stops must be requested in advance with an additional charge. Free waiting at an extra stop is 30 minutes (15 minutes in Macau).
Luggage Policy
Standard allowance is one piece of luggage per passenger; each vehicle fits up to six 24-inch suitcases. Additional pieces are charged at CNY 200.
Furniture, goods, pets, or moving-type cargo must be declared in advance (CNY 200 cargo fee). The driver may refuse carriage if not declared in advance.
Travel Documents and Border Crossing
All passengers must hold valid travel documents for mainland China and Hong Kong / Macau (for example, Mainland residents: Exit-Entry Permit; Hong Kong residents: HKID and Home Return Permit; other travelers: passport with applicable visa).
Under current regulations, passengers normally disembark for immigration at border checkpoints. At Shenzhen Bay entering Hong Kong, luggage may remain in the vehicle.
Elderly passengers or those with limited mobility may request the priority lane to remain in the vehicle, subject to checkpoint policy.
Night Surcharge
CNY 100 applies for departures between 22:00 and 24:00 and between 05:00 and 07:00; CNY 200 applies between 00:00 and 05:00.
Liability
CloudStar Travel provides transport services with licensed vehicles and drivers. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by border control, traffic conditions, weather, or missing / invalid travel documents.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the relevant trip, except where a higher amount is required by law.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies.
